By using Tempo Ladder (the "Service"), you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a free music practice tool made and run by Lidien as a personal project. It includes section looping and speed control, transposition, a metronome and a tuner. No account is needed.
2. Free of charge, subject to change
The Service is currently completely free. We may change, pause or discontinue some or all features, and will try to give notice in the Service beforehand.
3. Content you import
Only import audio or video you have the right to use, such as your own recordings or music you have purchased or licensed.
The Service processes these files only on your device, for your personal practice. It does not upload or publish them.
Do not use the Service to infringe copyright or other rights. When you use a YouTube reference video, the YouTube Terms of Service also apply.
4. Your data
Your data stays on your own device; see the privacy policy. Clearing browser data, switching devices or device failure can erase it, and we cannot recover it for you. Use "Download backup" regularly.
5. Use with care
Watch the volume when practicing with headphones. Long exposure to loud sound can damage hearing.
Tuner and metronome results are a practice aid. Their accuracy depends on your microphone, background noise and device performance.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided as is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suited to your particular needs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or other damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. This does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.
8. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from these terms or the Service shall be submitted to the Taiwan Hsinchu District Court as the court of first instance.
10. Language versions
The Traditional Chinese version of these terms is the governing version. Other languages are translations; if they differ, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.

El Servicio es una herramienta gratuita de práctica musical creada y mantenida por Lidien como proyecto personal. Incluye repetición de secciones con control de velocidad, transposición, metrónomo y afinador. No necesitas crear una cuenta.
2. Gratuito y sujeto a cambios
El Servicio es actualmente gratuito. Podemos cambiar, pausar o dejar de ofrecer algunas o todas sus funciones, y procuraremos avisarlo antes en el Servicio.
3. Contenido que importas
Importa solo audio o video que tengas derecho a usar, como tus propias grabaciones o música que hayas comprado o licenciado.
El Servicio procesa estos archivos solo en tu dispositivo y para tu práctica personal. No los sube ni los publica.
No uses el Servicio para infringir derechos de autor u otros derechos. Si usas un video de referencia de YouTube, también se aplican los Términos del Servicio de YouTube.
4. Tus datos
Tus datos se quedan en tu propio dispositivo; consulta la política de privacidad. Borrar los datos del navegador, cambiar de dispositivo o una falla del equipo puede hacer que se pierdan, y no podemos recuperarlos por ti. Usa «Descargar copia» con regularidad.
5. Uso responsable
Cuida el volumen cuando practiques con audífonos. Escuchar sonido fuerte por mucho tiempo puede dañar la audición.
Los resultados del afinador y del metrónomo son una ayuda para practicar. Su precisión depende del micrófono, del ruido ambiente y del rendimiento del dispositivo.
6. Sin garantía
El Servicio se ofrece tal cual. No garantizamos que funcione sin interrupciones, sin errores ni que se ajuste a tus necesidades particulares.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida en que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables por la pérdida de datos ni por otros daños derivados del uso del Servicio o de la imposibilidad de usarlo. Esto no se aplica a los daños causados por dolo o culpa grave de nuestra parte.
8. Cambios en estos términos
Cuando estos términos cambien, actualizaremos esta página y la fecha de vigencia de arriba. Si sigues usando el Servicio después de un cambio, aceptas los nuevos términos.
9. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de China (Taiwán). Cualquier controversia relacionada con estos términos o con el Servicio se someterá, en primera instancia, al Tribunal de Distrito de Hsinchu de Taiwán.
10. Versiones en otros idiomas
La versión en chino tradicional de estos términos es la que prevalece. Las demás son traducciones; si hay diferencias, prevalece la versión en chino tradicional.
